Educational Programs


Oak Hill & The Martha Berry Museum supports alternative and continual learning through unique educational programming. These opportunities come up throughout the calendar year and include Senior Scholars, lecture series supporting current exhibitions, and specialty tours. 

K - 12 Programming

We are here to meet the needs of ever-changing classrooms. Our staff is available to work with teachers to find ways to utilize the Oak Hill estate, collections, and story to connect students with various subjects. The list below shows examples of some of the programs offered.

Exhibition Programming

Special exhibitions create opportunities for us to offer unique programs. These experiences allow guests to dig deeper into the stories or art presented by providing context for the items or information on display.

The Martha Berry Museum hosts several special exhibitions each year. For each exhibition, we offer unique programs that allow guests to engage with the stories and art on display. Special programs can include:

Whether you are a collector, a historian, or a life-long learner, there are many opportunities to expand your understanding and access new information. Our special interest programs can include:

These tours offer holiday experiences and emphasize the natural beauty of the campus. We use these opportunities to showcase our history in a new light, which allows guests to gain a new perspective on our story. These options below are examples of some of the seasonal your types we offer.
